Drone solar panel cleaning in Scottsdale

Tile roofs and two-story pitches. The Sherpa washes the array. Nobody walks the tile.

A lot of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley arrays sit on clay tile, often on a second story with a pitch a ladder has no business on. Walking that tile to brush panels is how cracked tiles, torn underlayment, and voided warranties start. Refusing a crew on the roof is the correct call.

Steep mounts and two-story arrays are what the Sherpa is for. We stage in the drive, fly purified water, and never set a boot on the tile. The wash does not touch the glass. A brush would turn Scottsdale dust into sandpaper on the anti-reflective coating.

The dust here is finer than it looks from the street, and irrigation overspray leaves a mineral haze a monsoon does not remove. The visit is about output, not a prettier roof from the fairway. Purified water sheets off and dries without spots.

Tile does not change the price. It changes why the climb is the wrong tool. First visit is $129 for 16 panels or fewer, $149 for 17–22, and $199 for 23–28. That is the same residential special, flown so the tile stays intact.

Also serving Paradise Valley and North Phoenix.

Purified water only. The aircraft holds off the glass. The tile never takes the crew’s weight.

How a visit runs

From address to after-photos.

  1. 01

    Site review

Send photos or an address. We confirm airspace, surfaces, water access, and a safe flight plan before a crew is booked.

  2. 02

    Ground setup

A compact crew stages from the lot. Tethered water, FAA-compliant flight, and a walkthrough with your site contact.

  3. 03

    Precision wash

Pilots fly a controlled pattern. Purified water lifts film and grit without brushes grinding dirt into glass or silicon.

  4. 04

    Proof of shine

You get completion photos, notes on any damage we spotted from the air, and a recommended return interval.

Part 107

Certified remote pilots. Not a weekend hobby.

Every flight is under FAA Part 107, with insurance, a site plan, and the pilot on the ground. If the airspace or the wind is wrong, we wait. We do not put a person on your roof to make the day work.

Questions

Before you book.

Will you walk a Scottsdale tile roof?+

No. That is the job we will not take. The Sherpa washes from the air. If a slope or a setback makes a safe flight impossible, we say so before we book.

Is Paradise Valley the same price?+

Yes, for a standard residential array. $129, $149, or $199 by panel count. Unusual roof access is quoted before anyone drives.

Can this void my panel warranty?+

Foot traffic is what warranties argue about. We do not land on the modules and we do not send a technician across the string.
